Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING

Apart from to Sweden, Soldiser offers shipping within the EU and Schengen area, the USA, Canada and Australia. An order from soldiser.com will normally take:

  • 2-3 business days, Sweden
  • 4-8 business days, EU
  • 8-10 business days, globally

Due to the pandemic, particularly overseas shipments might take longer. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24h. You will receive an order confirmation by email when your delivery is on its way. If you do not receive this email within three working days of having placed your order, please contact [email protected].

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

If you do not claim your order once delivered, you will be charged a fee covering the costs of processing, return shipping and handling varying from 100 SEK to 350 SEK depending on the return shipping charges.


EXCHANGES

We like to indulge our customers – if the purchase is not satisfactory, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. We offer a money-back guarantee within 14 days, as long as the product is returned in its original condition. To ensure possible free shipping for the exchange of your item, kindly send an email to [email protected] before the return. Please provide the original invoice number, order number, and the item you wish to replace it with. 

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS,' to avoid any customs charges. Soldiser AB is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If the goods are damaged or lost when being returned, the customer will be held responsible for the additional expenses.


COMPLAINTS

At Soldiser we always want you to be happy with every purchase. If you receive a damaged or wrongly supplied product, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible – no later than 14 days from delivery. In the email kindly indicate what is faulty with the item and the invoice number.

If goods are damaged or lost during transportation to a customer, Soldiser AB will be held responsible for payment. However, in this event, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Soldiser AB via email to [email protected].

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a delivery has not been claimed at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for costs incurred in connection with shipping and handling.
